User Sync HTTP status codes

Code	Description
202	EVENT ACCEPTED
400	INVALID TYPE INVALID OPERATION ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER MISSING DEVELOPER IDENTIFIER MISSING USER IDENTIFIER MISSING
401	UNAUTHORIZED The authentication credentials are invalid.
403	USER SYNC DISABLED The User Synchronization feature is disabled for the marketplace.
404	SUBSCRIPTION NOT FOUND The subscription does not exist in the marketplace.
429	No message is displayed. An empty response is sent.
