The supported use cases for changing a subscription price are:

Active subscriptions
Fees
- Recurring revenue model (no One-Time, Free)
- Per Unit, Volume, Tiered pricing (no Setup Fee)
- Prepaid, Predefined Usage (no Custom Usage)
