    Developer/ISV requests removal of a distributed product from the AppDirect Network Catalog. Caller must have write access to the product (tenant or vendor). Requires distributionStatus = DISTRIBUTED on the published snapshot. Persists a PS-only network removal request for NCM review. Does NOT change distributionStatus — the product remains DISTRIBUTED until NCM acts.
