revokeInvitation
Revokes an invitation for an account. The invitation is deleted when the revoke succeeds.

| account ID! | Account that owns the invitation. |
| email EmailAddress! | Email address of the invitation to revoke. |
| inviter ID | User revoking the invitation. When omitted, the calling user's id is used. When the caller has no user id, no inviter is sent. |
Return Fields
| succeeded Boolean | True when the invitation was revoked. |
